Wow. I am such a serious under-achiever. If only I'd learned the secret of reviewing: read the back/inside flap and maybe the press materials; almost-quote them; then make up some vague and semi-coherent babble about the story (use the terms suspenseful, hawt, chilling, eerie, funny, supernatural, and rollercoaster.)
It all so astoundingly clear to me now. And I continue doing it the hard way. The more fool I.
