That's a very interesting thread. One poster says, yeah it's funny but I'm not gonna complain coz he reviewed my book. Right. :-)
I've been lurking in the ABNA threads for a couple of weeks. Most of these authors are not familiar with the Amazon community, nor the locations of our favorite sandboxes. They're just innocents, as it were.
